A few months ago, we purchased a Mercedes-Benz from your company. Our salesman was Arnie Gralnick. He was without a doubt the best and most knowledgeable car salesman we have ever encountered. Many car sales people fail to learn enough about the cars to explain how different items work in the cars. Vehicle operators manual can be complicated. But Arnie was very helpful and he answered all our questions. When we are ready to purchase another car from your company, we will request Arnie as our salesman.
