Being a customer for over 11 years spends over $15,000 annually with more referral to the service/parts department only for the manager to look at me to my face label me as a trouble maker all because one of his staff messed up my job ordered 5 keys off a wrong vin with no regards to proper document at hand but being the only colored man in the mix, the manager will call me the trouble maker. name calling with baseless claims. I spent less money at fields BMW receive way more better service with courtesy wash anytime I'm over at the dealership. I vowed to the manager to produce one proof of me being a trouble maker or ever made his dealership lose money and I promise to pay up....
Bought 2017 c300. Extremely low miles. AMG wheels. Just a beautiful car. Has so many bells and whistles that I still haven’t leaned all it can do! The only thing I didn’t like is finance guy was only able to provide me with 3.2% interest rate if I bought the extended warranty. I bought it but will be canceling it soon. I still have 4 year initial warranty on the car and $2,400 for 2 year extended warranty is excessively priced. I will shop other Mercedes-Benz dealers for extended warranty once my 4 years is almost up
Informative as to Problem and progress. Loaner offered while repairs being done. Diagnostics and repairs done in a timely fashion. Repair person Steve Eevan was kind enough to show me the part that needed to be replaced.
i just love going to Mercedes-Benz of Daytona Beach service department to get regular tune-ups on my SUV. The atmosphere is so pleasant. Comfortable chairs and computer area - donuts or fruit for your morning visit (as you wait). Good coffee, and the crew (we love Gabby especially) couldn't be nicer - always smiling, friendly, accommodating and truthful with respect to service needed and always helping to get you a good price. Just love it there.
Simple and plain, excellent!!! Have been their customer for over 13 years. VIP treatment everytime. Never ever waited , even to get out of my car and someone will greet and knew why I am there, such as service pre arranged.
