On Thursday mid-day my "Check Break" light came on. I made an appointment for Saturday morning at 8:00 am. I arrived on time, Joe Drews took care of the paperwork, I was out by 10:00 am. Again Joe Drews was an awesome point of contact for the dealership. Why hasn't Joe been the Employee of the Month/Year? ... Hello? ... Why not?

My Sprinter is well serviced by Mercedes Daytona. Metry goes out of his way to be ready when I arrive and when the service is complete having all the paperwork ready to go. Metry does a great job keeping me informed on the status of the repairs and costs associated with the work.
