Kyle (salesman) was great. Knowledgeable about the workings of our car. Never rushed, no pressure. One thing I never like about buying a car is having to talk with the "closer" and their pressure to buy additional extras for the vehicle. This wasn't bad, but I think it is unnecessary. This person (Kevin I believe his name was) was a decent person with a job to do. His pressure wasn't bad, just something I didn't like after spending about 2 hours in the dealership. Overall a good experience and will definitely be back to buy another Mercedes from this dealer.
Very cordial service technician. Comfortable lounge area. Waited for routine maintenance to be completed. Took about 1 1/2 hours. Washed my vehicle but didn't vacuum the floor mats. Guess they thought they were clean enough when I brought it in!
On a recent trip to Ft. Lauderdale, the a/c in our E320 stopped working. A quick Internet query directed us to MB of Daytona Beach which happened to be 20 Miles from our position on I-95. Joe in the service department greeted us like we were regular customers and immediately started the process to determine what the issue with the a/c was. Meanwhile, Joe showed us all the amenities available to customers and directed us to the waiting area. First impressions do count, and it was obvious this MB dealership is a hallmark facility. All areas were immaculate, seating very comfortable, and an expansive variety of snacks and healthy foods available. Dealership personnel that we encountered such as Joe were genuine, friendly, and professional. After about 30 minutes, Joe informed us the compressor in our vehicle need replacement. It would require leaving our vehicle overnight. We explained to Joe that we needed to continue our trip due to a Dr. appointment the following morning. Without hesitation, Joe sought alternative transportation and were were provided a new C300 to complete our trip without further delay. Joe did not have to do that and we were very appreciative! Customer service at MB Daytona is outstanding! Two days later we returned to pick up our vehicle. The service work performed was excellent and charges very reasonable compared to the national average for comparable repairs. Also, our vehicle was detailed to an immaculate level. So, if you need service or looking for a Mercedes Benz, this dealership is highly recommended. They care about their customers and offer quality vehicles and service. Thank you Joe and MB Daytona for taking care of us!

my son had to get his car serviced here and he got a loaner car but he was under age by year so I had to show up and and get the loaner car for him and they're very courteous, very helpful, a nice place, highly recommended
